About Emma

With over 25 years in FMCG and FTSE250 leadership, I’ve had the privilege of shaping some of the UK’s best-known food brands, leading high-performing teams, and driving growth through consumer insight, innovation, and strong customer partnerships.


My career has taken me from early roles in category management and trade marketing through to Head of Group Marketing for a major FTSE250 business, where I built capability across insights, brand, and innovation. Along the way, I’ve led major licensing partnerships, repositioned brands, grown categories, and delivered strategies that worked across UK and international markets.


What matters most to me is creating impact that’s both grounded and sustainable — using data and insight as firm foundations, balancing commercial realities with creative thinking, and helping brands and teams flourish.
